The ULTIMATE CELL ® has been subjected to various tests by entities of recognised merit in science and technology and in particular the IDMEC-Institute of mechanical engineering (IST Pole), ISQ-Institute of welding and quality, LNEG – Laboratório Nacional de Engenharia e Geologia, BUREAU VERITAS, VAC-Vehicle Type Approval Authority and certification of the company by ISO9001: 2008 by ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. (ABS QE) resulting in:
Government Installation Approval in diesel and petrol cars by IMT
E-Mark Certificate
RoHS Certificate
The EC Declaration of Conformity

Restriction of Hazardous Subsatances(RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU. All tests are performed by BV CPS Laboratory Hamburg.

VAC-The United Kingdom Vehicle Approval Authority, E11 Approval No: 10R-048662

This disruptive technology brings about relevant innovation supported by extensive research over several years from world renowned entities and engineering departments in several universities among other institutions of learning.

At request of ANTRAL (Major National Taxi Association) official tests took place on two Mercedes Benz Taxis with more than 15 years old and big mileage, to verify the efficiency of ULTIMATE CELL® as a Particulate Material Emissions Reducer Device with the purpose of modify the environmental class (Euro classification) of the vehicles with the device installed. Reductions of 57,76% e 80,58% were achieved, leading to the start of the official approval process, already ongoing.

The ULTIMATE CELL® was submitted to more demanding Environmental Tests: Minimum Temperature, Cold, Dry Cold, and Continuous Humid Heat and Mechanical Tests: Sinusoidal Vibration, Collision, Random Vibration and Impact, defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), being considered in all of them in CONFORMITY. It was in these terms proven by ISQ that out equipment are safe to install.

The IMT (Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes, I.P.), Portuguese Institute that regulates the Terrestrial Transportations, as granted on the 1st November 2013, the Installation Approval to the Device ULTIMATE CELL® for light vehicles with petrol and diesel combustion engines.

Ultimate Power is pleased to announce that were successfully completed the tests conducted by Bureau Veritas Hamburg to the requirements of Directive 2011/65/ EU RoHS ( Restriction of Hazardous Substances) according to DIN EN 62321:2009, Electrotechnical Produts- Determination of levels of six regulated substances (lead, Mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers).

ULTIMATE CELL® E-Mark Certification

The E-mark regulations were created to prevent potentially dangerous equipment’s from being installed into a vehicle. All electronic equipment emits some level of electromagnetic radiation, but products carrying genuine E-mark certification had been thoroughly tested to ensure that these emissions are below a specific threshold, and are not significant enough to interfere with the vehicle’s electronic systems. This E-mark certificate of ULTIMATE CELL® means that these devices have been tested by an approved testing facility to ensure that they will not compromise the vehicle’s safety were they will be installed. The tests were performed by VCA, UK Vehicle Approval Authority, an entity with more than 30 years’ experience supporting industry and providing internationally recognized tests and certifications for vehicles, their systems and components.
